Mint Condition Items
Empire Collectables makes all reasonable attempts to package items in a secure, yet manageable way for delivery purposes, however we do understand that some items may be damaged in flight, or in transit during delivery.
If an item is damaged and in our opinion the damage was caused because of the way it was shipped, Empire Collectables will replace the item (if a replacement item can be arranged) or refund the purchase price of the item (if not) provided photographic evidence of the damage is sent to our customer service e-mail address for assessment no more than 30 ("thirty") days after the original order was placed.
Non Mint Items
Non-Mint Condition Figures are sold in the condition they are shipped, and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Non-Mint Condition items will often have the specific flaws or defects that made them "non-mint" listed in the individual product information pages -- you should consult this information, together with any secondary photographic material listed on the page to determine if the product is what you require before making your purchase. If in doubt about a specific product, you can contact our customer sevice department via the "Contact Us" page with the specific model number of the item you wish to purchase and they will help you.
In any case, if you have concerns that an action figure may be damaged, please add a Protective Case to your order and use the Special Comments/Instructions field in the checkout to inform our customer service staff that you would like the figure sent in the case.
Pre-Ordered Items
Items that have been pre-ordered that do not include a pre-order fee may be cancelled without cost by contacting our customer service e-mail address.
In the case of pre-order including a percentage fee to secure the order, any cancellation will forfeit the pre-order allocation fee, however there will be no further charge.
